Return + Refund Policy
So sorry your purchase didnt quite work out for you!
All returns must be made within 10 days of purchase! (online purchases are 10 days from day of delivery). After this timeframe, your item will not be eligible for return of store credit or exchange ONLY. We do not refund cash or credit card transactions. You are welcome to return or exchange an online order to our storefront!
- Must have receipt to be eligible for a return
- Tags must be attached + items unworn, unwashed + odor free
- Original shipping fees will not be refunded + return shipping is responsibility of the customer.
- Final sale items are NOT eligible for a return of store credit-online or in-store
Final sale items include: Items purchased with a discount of 30% or more, clearance items, bralettes + bodysuits, jewelry/sunglasses, seasonal items and candles. These items are NOT returnable.
Exchanges: You are able to exchange an order if you do not wish to have store credit for the return. Sizes/quantities of inventory are limited, so please let us know as soon as possible what item you would like to exchange for to make sure we have it in stock.
